Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage day-to-day hub operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth vehicle deployment, handling customer interactions, and acting as a bridge between customers and the service team.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage vehicles at the hub
- Act as a single point of contact for customer queries
- Coordinate with the service team for issue resolution
- Handle walk-in customers and resolve concerns
- Explain product, rental plans, and onboard customers
- Ensure end-to-end closure of customer issues
Requirements:
- 0–3 years experience
- Good communication (Kannada, Hindi, Basic English)
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
