Operations Executive Manager

We're looking for an Operations Executive Manager to be the critical link between our founder and kitchen team. You'll own the day-to-day operational backbone of the business making sure inventory, food lists, and delivery platforms run smoothly, while being the go-to point of contact for the kitchen staff. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable with detail-heavy execution and clear, proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management — Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize wastage or shortages
• Subscription Team Coordination — Work closely with the subscription team to plan and finalize food lists/menus
• Platform Oversight — Manage day-to-day operations on Swiggy/Zomato, including order accuracy, listing updates, and issue resolution
• Kitchen POC — Serve as the single point of contact for kitchen staff, relaying instructions from the founder and flagging on-ground issues back up
• Founder–Kitchen Liaison — Translate strategic decisions into clear, actionable tasks for the kitchen team, and ensure timely execution
• Vendor Coordination — Liaise with suppliers/vendors for timely, quality procurement; negotiate terms and resolve delivery issues
• Quality Checks — Conduct regular checks on food quality, hygiene, and packaging standards to ensure consistency
• Staff Scheduling — Plan and manage kitchen staff shifts/rosters to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations
