About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, well-presented, and client-focused Pantry Manager to own pantry operations and elevate the everyday experience of clients across our managed office spaces. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, operations, and human interaction. You will be the first line of service that clients encounter your presence, attentiveness, and ownership will directly shape the quality of their workday. What You'll Do

Pantry & Facility Management

— Manage end-to-end pantry operations across all floors tea, coffee, milk, and drinking water.

— Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all pantry areas and utensils at all times.

— Maintain proper stocking and availability of pantry essentials without disruption.

Inventory & Replenishment

— Track and manage inventory for pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, water) and housekeeping materials.

— Coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs across all client-facing areas.

— Maintain basic inventory records and flag consumption patterns to the operations team.

Client Experience & Service

— Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and day-to-day facility concerns.

— Listen to client needs, ensure timely resolution, and escalate where necessary.

— Maintain a polished, service-oriented demeanour in all client interactions, every touchpoint matters.

Team Coordination

— Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure that cleanliness and upkeep standards are consistently met.

— Coordinate daily task allocation and monitor floor-wise execution across the property.

Compensation

₹2.4 LPA Fixed + ₹30K Variable (₹2.7 LPA)
