Job Summary We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. The role focuses on generating high-quality real estate leads, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute paid campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Generate and optimize real estate leads (site visits, calls, WhatsApp leads) • Set up and manage: Conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4) • UTM parameters and tracking templates • Monitor campaign performance: CPL (Cost per Lead) • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) • CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate • Perform A/B testing (ad creatives, landing pages, audiences) • Manage and optimize landing pages for conversions • Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality • Retarget website visitors and nurture cold audiences • Analyze data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with: • Google Ads • Facebook Ads Manager • Good understanding of: Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Tag Manager • Knowledge of: UTM tracking, attribution models • Audience targeting & segmentation • Experience in: Lead generation campaigns (preferably real estate) • Funnel building (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion) • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certification Meta Blueprint Certification Preferred Experience in real estate marketing campaigns Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems Familiarity with: Landing page tools (WordPress, js, custom HTML) Good understanding of: SEO & organic traffic Creative strategy (ad copy + visuals)
