Petrol Pump Executive

The Customer Service Champion’s (CSS) role involves providing efficient and friendly service to customers, both on the forecourt and at the console. CSS’s ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and quality of product are maintained.

Customer Service Champions are expected to competently complete all sales and are accountable for cash control, security and till balance during their shift. In addition, CSS are expected to complete all the tasks to the company and Shell’s stated Health, Safety, Security and Environment Policies and guidelines.

Principle Accountabilities

·       Provide quality customer service on the forecourt and at the console

·       Comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) and Food Safety Standards

·       Active selling of all products

·       Conduct housekeeping and merchandising

·       Secure cash and manage the shift console balance

·       Managing customer complaints in a positive and action orientated way

·       Active use of Ready For Customer and site checklists

ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸೇವಾ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್‌ಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾರಾಟಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಶಿಫ್ಟ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗದು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ, ಭದ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಟಿಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಲೆನ್ಸ್‌ಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ, CSS ಕಂಪನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶೆಲ್‌ನ ಹೇಳಲಾದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ, ಭದ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರ ನೀತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ.

· ಮುಂಭಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ಸೋಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ

· HSSE (ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ, ಭದ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರ) ಮತ್ತು ಆಹಾರ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ

· ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಮಾರಾಟ

· ಮನೆಗೆಲಸ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದು

· ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕನ್ಸೋಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ

· ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು

· ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಟ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ರೆಡಿ ಫಾರ್ ಕಸ್ಟಮರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಟ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಬಳಕೆ
