Laarish Experiential Toys LLP is hiring a creative, passionate, and energetic Physics Teacher & Curriculum Expert to help design hands-on educational physical kits and gamified application content for our flagship upcoming product line: "I Am An Agriculturist".

In this role, you will NOT just teach theories from an old textbook or push kids toward rote memorization. You will help children aged 8-12 discover the magnificent, deep physics running real-world agricultural science—such as fluid mechanics in irrigation, light spectrum configuration in photosynthesis, soil forces, and automated farming mechanics!

Core Responsibilities:

• Translate complex, standard school physics concepts into simple, fun, hands-on physical experiments.

• Develop educational guidebooks, script interactive story outlines, and write clean step-by-step assembly instructions for our agricultural kit modules.

• Collaborate side-by-side with our product hardware designers and tech developers to test, verify, and perfect the learning experience.

• Ensure absolute conceptual accuracy while making sure the content is highly engaging and gamified for children.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong foundational command over core Physics principles (Educational backgrounds in Physics, Education, or Engineering fields are highly valued).

• Prior practical experience in school teaching, coaching, academic mentoring, or creating structured curriculum content for children (Ages 8-14).

• An extraordinary ability to explain complex scientific phenomena using simple, relatable real-world analogies.

• A strong, unshakeable belief in "learning-by-doing" over memorizing definitions.

• Excellent command over written and verbal communication.
