Physiotherapist

Job Summary

The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and providing physiotherapy treatment to patients for recovery, rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility improvement. The candidate should have hospital experience and the ability to handle inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services efficiently

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient condition and doctor recommendations
• Provide physiotherapy treatment for orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, ICU, pediatric, geriatric, and other rehabilitation cases
• Assist patients in improving movement, reducing pain, and restoring physical function
• Educate patients and family members regarding exercises, posture correction, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for patient care planning
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment
• Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, and hospital policies
• Support health awareness programs, rehabilitation camps, and patient education activities
