Job Description

An Amazon Picker & Packer works in a fulfillment center (warehouse) and is responsible for selecting (picking) customer orders and packing them safely for delivery. This role is critical to ensuring fast and accurate order fulfillment.

  • Picking (Order Selection)Locate products in the warehouse using scanners or order sheets
  • Pick correct items based on quantity, size, and specifications
  • Ensure accuracy of orders before sending to packing stage
  • Move items to packing or dispatch area 
  • Packing (Order Preparation)Pack items securely in boxes/envelopes to avoid damage
  • Label packages correctly with shipping details
  • Verify order accuracy (right item, right quantity)
  • Seal and prepare shipments for delivery
