Job Description
- PickingPick products accurately from assigned bins/racks using the handheld device or scanning system.
- Verify product, quantity, barcode, and expiry date before picking.
- Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity as per defined operational targets.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO processes wherever applicable.
- Report damaged, missing, expired, or mismatched products immediately.
- PackingPack products securely as per the prescribed packing guidelines.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are packed against each order.
- Perform necessary quality checks before order handover.
- Segregate orders correctly for dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- General ResponsibilitiesFollow all company policies, SOPs, safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality as per the assigned shift.
- Support inventory accuracy and operational activities when required.
- Coordinate with Store Managers, Team Leaders, and other operational teams.
- Ensure proper use and care of company equipment and assets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report any operational issue, system issue, or process deviation immediately to the supervisor.
