Job Description
Job Title: Pre-Sales Coordinator – Real Estate
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Pre-Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding client requirements, and guiding them towards suitable property options. The primary goal of this role is to generate qualified site visits by effectively engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and nurturing them through consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to all assigned leads promptly and maintain consistent communication.
- Understand and capture detailed client requirements (budget, location, preferences, purpose).
- Analyze client needs and identify suitable property options.
- Share best-matching properties or better alternative options with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to gather feedback and understand client interest levels.
- Handle objections and guide clients towards decision-making.
- Educate clients about projects and help them make informed choices.
- Convince and schedule site visits for interested clients.
- Coordinate and assign site visits to the respective Sales Coordinator.
- Update CRM with accurate client data and transfer leads post site visit assignment.
Work Structure:
- Saturday & Sunday are key working days.
- Weekly off will be on Wednesday.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 based on performance (site visit generation)

Experience Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Note: Freshers are welcome. If you have strong dedication and a growth mindset, we will train you end-to-end. However, you must be ready to learn fast, execute fast, and put in extra effort to quickly adapt and perform at the level of experienced professionals.
