About the Role:-

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Presales Executive to join our team. The role involves calling leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our technical consultants. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, have excellent communication skills, and be eager to build a career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and connect with potential clients from provided leads and databases.

• Introduce the company’s services, capabilities, and project expertise.

• Qualify leads by understanding project requirements, budgets, and decision-makers.

• Schedule meetings for the technical consultant team.

• Maintain detailed call logs, lead status, and appointment schedules in CRM/Excel.

• Follow up on warm and cold leads to keep the sales pipeline active.

• Support the technical consultants with proposal coordination and basic client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in Kannada & Odia

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
