Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment coordination for real estate/farmland projects. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits and maintaining strong follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads from digital campaigns, references, and databases.
- Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain proper follow-up with leads and update customer status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer conversion.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records accurately.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Track daily lead status and submit reports to management.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
