Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage dynamic calendars, appointments, and expense reporting efficiently
- Coordinate action items and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate stakeholders
- Prepare presentation materials and record meeting minutes on behalf of the Managing Director (MD)
- Consolidate information into concise summaries to support informed business decision-making
- Collaborate effectively across departments, demonstrating leadership and empathy to build alignment
- Draft, edit, and finalize written communications for stakeholders on behalf of the MD, including sensitive and confidential correspondence
- Prioritize competing requests and proactively manage matters within the assigned scope
- Create, edit, and maintain business communications, reports, and presentations
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion on matters of significance impacting management within the scope of responsibility
- Ensure all processes are consistently followed
- Keep trackers updated at all times
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks and blockers
- Escalate issues to management when required
- Prepare and share daily reports with management
- Engage with employees and drive solution-oriented discussion

Knowledge & Experience
- M.Com graduate Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Tech-savvy with strong computer proficiency, including Advanced Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, approachable, and positive demeanor
- Strong communication skills with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,Kannada and Hindi
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
