Job Description
Hiring: Project Coordinator (Residential Construction) – Bangalore
Role Summary
Drive coordination between site, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of residential projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects & Vendors
- Track daily site progress, timelines & deliverables
- Ensure material planning & timely procurement follow-ups
- Monitor project schedules and highlight delays
- Maintain reports, BOQs, and project documentation
- Conduct regular site coordination and review meetings
- Ensure quality and process adherence at site
- Experience Required6–10 years in residential construction projects
- Strong coordination experience with site teams
Must-Have Skills
- Good knowledge of construction processes & site execution
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (English + Kannada preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel & basic project tracking tools
Preferred Profile
- Candidates from residential/villa/apartment projects
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Bangalore-based candidates only
