Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and finishing works.
  • Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
  • Good understanding of commercial costing and budgeting.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Timely submission of estimates and quotations.
  • Accuracy of BOQs and cost estimates.
  • Accuracy of vendor comparison and pricing.
  • Coordination with internal teams and client satisfaction.
