Job Description
A Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet company quality standards and customer requirements. The role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting products during various stages of production to identify defects and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Perform visual and measurement tests using inspection tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
- Report quality problems to supervisors and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes to reduce defects and improve quality.
- Support audits and quality improvement initiatives.
