About the RoleWe are looking for a Real Estate Verification Executive to conduct physical inspections and verification of properties. The candidate will verify property details, inspect locations, document findings, and ensure listings are genuine and accurate.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit residential and commercial properties for verification.
• Confirm property location, size, condition, and existence.
• Verify ownership details and supporting documents.
• Capture photographs and videos of properties.
• Identify discrepancies between actual property and submitted information.
• Prepare property inspection and verification reports.
• Coordinate with property owners, agents, and company representatives.
• Report suspicious, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Maintain accurate records of all field visits.
• RequirementsMinimum PUC / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory
• Smartphone with camera and internet access.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• CompensationFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
