Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and social media platforms
• Handle customer inquiries and explain property details clearly
• Conduct property site visits and client meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and booking processes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
