Job Description: Real Estate ExecutivePosition: Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive

Role OverviewA Real Estate Executive is responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, presenting project details to clients, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The role involves strong communication, market awareness, and customer relationship management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client OutreachGenerate leads through calls, online portals, referrals, and events.
- Follow up on inquiries through CRM and maintain accurate client data.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective buyers.
- 2. Client Handling & SalesUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits, ensuring a smooth sales presentation.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation clearly.
- Handle negotiations and close sales.
- 3. Marketing & PromotionPromote projects through social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and field marketing.
- Participate in property expos, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Support marketing team with branding activities.
- 4. Documentation & CoordinationAssist clients with booking forms, agreements, and KYC documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates on project status and approvals.
- 5. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat sales.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups.
- Key Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability and persuasive negotiation skills
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of real estate market trends
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel (preferred)
- Qualifications Any graduate (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)
- Experience in real estate sales preferred, but not mandatory
