Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and manage job advertisements across job portals, social media platforms, WhatsApp, Telegram groups, and other sourcing channels

• Develop sourcing strategies based on client hiring requirements

• Generate candidate leads through various channels including references, databases, and networking

• Source, screen, and shortlist relevant candidates as per requirement

• Ensure candidate engagement and follow-ups until interview completion

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate availability

• Track sourcing effectiveness and improve conversion ratios

• Handle daily recruitment activities and achieve assigned hiring targets

• Explore new channels and innovative methods for candidate generation

• Maintain recruitment data and daily activity reports
