Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Renewal Accounting Executive to manage subscription renewals, client follow-ups, invoice coordination, payment tracking, and account-related communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients for timely renewals and payment collections.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer renewal processes for software subscriptions and services.
- Coordinate with existing clients regarding upcoming renewals and payment schedules.
- Generate and maintain renewal invoices, quotations, and payment records.
- Follow up with clients for pending renewals and overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate renewal and account-related data in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for renewal processing.
- Prepare renewal reports and payment status updates.
- Ensure timely renewal of customer accounts and subscriptions.
- Handle basic customer queries related to renewals, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Renewals, or Client Coordination.
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage data and maintain records accurately.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Mandatory Language - English, Hindi, Kannada & Marathi
