Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Renewal Accounting Executive to manage subscription renewals, client follow-ups, invoice coordination, payment tracking, and account-related communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients for timely renewals and payment collections.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer renewal processes for software subscriptions and services.
  • Coordinate with existing clients regarding upcoming renewals and payment schedules.
  • Generate and maintain renewal invoices, quotations, and payment records.
  • Follow up with clients for pending renewals and overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate renewal and account-related data in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for renewal processing.
  • Prepare renewal reports and payment status updates.
  • Ensure timely renewal of customer accounts and subscriptions.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to renewals, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain professional relationships with existing customers.


Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Renewals, or Client Coordination.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage data and maintain records accurately.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mandatory Language - English, Hindi, Kannada & Marathi
