Restaurant Captain:
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage
Service Department as Senior Stewards/Captains. Proficiency in fine - dine
operations, excellent memory skills for diverse menu items. Strong
communication skills for professional guest and team interactions are a must.
Consistent use of service and upselling techniques, along with enthusiastic
food and beverage delivery, is expected.
Steward:
Candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities
include welcoming guests, and serving prepared meals professionally while
following food and beverage SOPs. Consistent application of service and
upselling techniques, along with enthusiastic delivery of Food and beverage
items, is expected. The role also involves preparing tables for guests through
cleaning and setup.
