Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain the benefits of cold-pressed oils, millets, spices, natural foods, and other products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings when required.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays.
• Check product expiry dates and follow FIFO & FEFO inventory practices.
• Assist customers with billing, packing, and carry bags.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of products, ingredients, pricing, and health benefits.
• Keep the store clean and customer-ready at all times.
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.
• Receive, verify, and arrange incoming stock.
• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
• Maintain daily sales records and required reports.
• Follow company policies, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and share their experiences.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to work in a retail store environment.
• Basic knowledge of billing or retail operations is an added advantage.
