Job Description – SaaS Sales Executive (B2B)

Position: SaaS Sales Executive (B2B – CRM Solutions)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:


1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

2. Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients across various industries.

3. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations of the CRM software.

4. Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable CRM solutions.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

6. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.

7. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.

8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Preferred Skills


1. Experience in selling SaaS or CRM products.

2. Familiarity with lead generation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

3. Experience handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

4. Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. New business acquisition.

2. Product demos conducted.

3. Qualified opportunities created.

4. Monthly revenue achieved.

5. Conversion ratio from lead to customer.
