## About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Internet Calling Transfer Executives. The role involves connecting with US-based customers, qualifying their internet service requirements, and transferring interested customers to the concerned service providers or sales specialists.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to US customers regarding internet and broadband services.

* Verify customer eligibility and interest in available internet plans.

* Explain basic service offerings and benefits.

* Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

* Transfer interested customers to the closing or activation team.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

* Meet daily transfer and quality targets.

* Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.

## Required Skills

* International BPO Voice Experience.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Lead qualification and customer engagement.

* Strong listening and probing skills.

* Ability to handle objections professionally.

* CRM and call management tool experience.

* Target-oriented mindset.

* Comfortable working in US night shifts.
