Job Description – Society Outreach & Event Booking Executive Position: Society Outreach & Event Booking Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Society Outreach & Event Booking Executive to expand our presence across residential communities in Bengaluru.
The role involves reaching out to apartment societies and resident welfare associations (RWAs), presenting our event offerings, securing bookings, and ensuring smooth coordination through event confirmation. Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to apartment societies, gated communities, and RWAs across Bengaluru.
• Introduce and explain the company's events, activities, and engagement programs.
• Identify decision-makers and build relationships with society management committees.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and event discussions.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate internally to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and booking status.
• Meet monthly outreach and booking targets.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and confirmed events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate or Undergraduate with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Excellent telecalling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Event Sales, Customer Success, or Community Outreach.
• Prior experience interacting with residential societies, apartment associations, or event management companies is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of societies contacted.
• Qualified leads generated.
• Meetings scheduled.
• Event bookings confirmed.
• Conversion ratio from lead to booking.
• Monthly target achievement. CompensationFixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives. Additional incentives for achieving booking and revenue targets.
