Job Overview


We are looking for an active, target'oriented, and communication-skilled Office Sales Associate for INURSE HEALTHCARE . The role involves handling healthcare service sales, healthcare related product promotions, client relationship management, lead follow ups, and daily sales coordination activities.


The candidate will be responsible for managing both existing clients and new business opportunities within the assigned geographical area.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development


Promote and explain INURSE healthcare services and healthcare related products to clients.


Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.


Generate new business opportunities through calls, follow ups, references, and direct coordination.


Identify potential clients within the assigned geographical area.


Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular communication.


Lead Management & Follow up


Handle incoming leads and maintain proper follow up processes.


Coordinate with new leads and convert them into active clients.


Track lead progress and update daily activities properly.


Ensure timely response to client enquiries and requirements.


Client Relationship Management


Manage existing clients and monitor service progress.


Conduct regular follow ups with clients regarding ongoing services.


Collect client feedback and update the management team.


Support clients in resolving basic service related concerns through proper coordination.



Daily Activity Coordination


Maintain daily activity reports and sales updates.


Update CRM, Excel, internal systems with lead and client details.


Coordinate internally with operations and support teams when required.


Track daily progress, pending follow ups, and target achievements.



Territory & Market Handling


Work according to the assigned geographical territory.


Understand local market requirements and opportunities.


Build area wise client networks and business connections.


Monitor competitor activities and market trends.


Candidate Requirements

Basic sales and client handling ability


Follow up and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM etc...


Ability to handle multiple client interactions daily



Qualification


Any Degree, Plus Two with relevant experience preferred


Experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, or coordination will be an added advantage
