Job Title: Senior Sales ConsultantCompany: KHT Motors

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:KHT Motors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Consultant with experience in automobile sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling customer inquiries, and delivering an excellent showroom experience to customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-in customers and generate leads for vehicle sales
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and visits
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for deal closure
• Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of vehicles
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year to maximum 10 years of experience in automobile/car sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Valid driving license is preferred
• Preferred Skills:Experience in dealership/showroom sales
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills
