Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by converting qualified leads into successful interior design projects. The role requires strong client engagement skills, an understanding of interior design solutions, and the ability to guide clients through the complete sales journey—from consultation to project closure.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer experience, solution selling, and revenue generation within the interior design industry.



Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales Conversion

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements, budget, and project expectations.
  • Conduct design consultations and needs analysis to propose suitable interior solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior design projects.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage and track leads through CRM systems, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion strategy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and personalized service.
  • Address client queries and provide guidance on design concepts, materials, and project timelines.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Collaboration & Project Handover

  • Coordinate with interior designers and project teams to align design proposals with client expectations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project scope, pricing, and client requirements before project handover.
  • Support smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Market Awareness & Business Growth

  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling interior solutions.
  • Contribute to strategies that enhance sales performance and market reach.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Good understanding of interior design products, materials, and modular solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Experience in interior design, modular furniture, real estate, or construction sales is preferred.
