Package: ₹2.00 LPA – ₹2.50 LPA + Performance Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful orders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

* Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable corporate gifting and branding solutions.

* Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the internal team.

* Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

* Coordinate with the operations and production team to ensure smooth execution of orders.

* Track order status and provide timely updates to clients.

* Maintain sales records, visit reports, and customer databases.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Gifting, Advertising, Printing, Branding, or related industries.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

* Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email.

* Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
