Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing, deal-closing sales professional who can convert qualified leads into high-value interior projects (₹8L–₹30L+).
This is not a showroom sales job — this is consultative, relationship-driven, high-ticket selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Sales
- Handle walk-ins, referrals, and inbound leads
- Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, lifestyle, and budget
- Present Maywood’s design + manufacturing advantage
- Drive clients from first meeting → design sign-off → payment closure
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong trust with clients during the decision-making phase
- Manage multiple stakeholders (family members, decision-makers)
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and client
3. Revenue Ownership
- Own and achieve monthly sales targets
- Focus on high ticket size projects (₹8L+)
- Maintain strong conversion ratios (target: 1 in 8–10 leads)
4. Proposal & Negotiation
- Work with designers to finalize concepts and pricing
- Present proposals within 2 days turnaround time
- Negotiate within defined pricing bands and close deals
Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have
- 3–7 years in high-value sales (interiors, real estate, luxury retail, or similar)
- Proven ability to close ₹5L+ ticket deals
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle premium clients confidently
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Good to Have
- Experience in interior design firms or modular furniture
- Understanding of layouts, materials, or home interiors
- Existing network of architects / homeowners
