Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training, guidance, and feedback
- Generate leads and ensure proper follow-up through the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and company policies
- Handle key client negotiations and closures
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
