Sales Manager (Sales Manager)

1. Sales Monitoring & Performance

* Monitor daily overall sales, including:

  * Brand-wise sales

  * Cash & Carry sales

  * Credit sales

* Track and review sales performance across Kerala and other regions.

2. Sales Operations Control

* Monitor all Cash & Carry and Credit sales orders.

* Ensure funds are received before processing Cash & Carry orders.

* Oversee smooth order processing and coordination.

3. Customer Communication & Engagement

* Ensure daily WhatsApp broadcasts (Groups/Channels) are executed as per schedule.

* Monitor sales executive customer calls on a daily basis and maintain reports on:

  * Call activity

  * Lead conversion

  * Follow-ups

4. Documentation & Reporting

* To monitor sharing of bills, LR copies, and ledgers against daily sales.

* To monitor sharing of ledgers against daily collections.

* Preparation and submission of daily sales and collection reports during the heads meeting.

5. Collections & Receivables Management

* Monitor daily collection activities:

    * Credit customer follow-ups by collection executives

    * Local collections by field staff

    * Ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding dues.

6. Brand & Marketing Oversight

* Monitor and manage marketing activities for JB brand (owned by Autonity).

* Oversee social media performance and engagement.

* Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.

7. Digital Marketing Planning

* Prepare a monthly digital marketing schedule, including:

  * Campaign planning

  * Autonity Instagram page content

  * Promotional activities

8. Team Management

* Conduct daily morning meetings at 10:00 AM.

* Review team performance, targets, and action plans.

* Ensure discipline, productivity, and target achievement.
