Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate quotations, follow up with clients, and convert leads into orders. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate with sourcing and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Responsibilities:Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Prepare and send quotations
- Coordinate with sourcing/vendors for pricing
- Convert enquiries into sales orders
- Maintain customer relationships
- Update CRM and sales records regularly
- Requirements:Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM
- Experience in industrial/product sales preferred
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
