Job Description
Sales Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Executive / Sales Consultant
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals.
2. Sales ManagerDevelop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs.
- Review daily sales reports and pipeline.
- Allocate leads and territories.
- Handle key client negotiations.
