Job Description
Job OverviewWe are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for field sales and business development activities in Bangalore. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales. Candidates must be willing to travel within Bangalore and outstation whenever required.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and business opportunities
- Meet customers and explain company products & services
- Conduct field visits and client follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain daily sales activity reports
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years to maximum 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Valid Driving License required
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel for field work and customer meetings
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Email communication
- Candidates from Electrical, Electronics, Solar, UPS, Battery, or Power Solutions industry preferred
