Job Description
Sales Promoter / Permanent Advisor – Godrej Appliances
Location: Bangalore: Multiple locations across Bangalore including Whitefield, Koramangala, Jayanagar, RR Nagar, Sarjapur, Banashankari, RT Nagar, Banaswadi, Phoenix Mall and other areas.
Other Karnataka Locations: Kolar, Chintamani, Gangavati, Chitradurga and Mangalore.
Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹24,000 Gross per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Godrej products at retail outlets.
Educate customers on product Features, Advantages & Benefits (FAB).
Promote new launches and premium products.
Ensure product availability and proper display at stores.
Maintain brand visibility and professional grooming standards.
Collect customer feedback and competitor information.
Support customers with after-sales coordination when required.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility:
Education: 12th Pass (HSSC) or above.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales, consumer durables, electronics, appliances or related industry.
Age: 18 to 40 years.
Basic English communication required.
Smartphone mandatory for mobile app usage.
Candidates with sales promotion or canvassing experience preferred.
