Sales & Service Co-ordinator

A Sales & Service Coordinator manages the intersection of client needs and operational workflows, handling administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and order processing to support sales and after-sales service. They ensure smooth communication, maintain customer records, prepare reports, and coordinate scheduling to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Administration: Processing orders, preparing quotations, invoices, and managing customer contracts.
• Customer Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and product information.
• Coordination & Scheduling: Scheduling service appointments, installations, or follow-ups and liaising with technical teams.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, updating CRM systems, and generating sales/service reports.
• Relationship Management: Following up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Organization: Strong administrative, logistical, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
