Job Description

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the learner journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential leads within the target market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Clearly communicate the value and career impact of our training programs.
• Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with the teams to achieve business goals.
• Maintain regular sales reports and market insights, update crm

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Basic understanding of edtech or training industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
