Job Description

Job Overview:Team Lead (Sales)

will be responsible for supervising and guiding the Partner Executive team members to ensure efficient onboarding, engagement, and support of truckers (fleet owners and drivers). The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Partner Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. • Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and ensure timely issue resolution. • Drive partner engagement and retention through consistent follow-ups and relationship management. • Ensure Partner Executives adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high-quality service. • Coordinate with other departments such as Customer Support, Accounts, and Operations to resolve partner-related issues. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to upskill the team. • Analyze partner feedback and share insights with management for process improvements. • Maintain reports on team performance, partner satisfaction, and escalations.


Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales,Telecalling,customer support, or partner management (preferably in logistics or transport-tech platforms). • Proven experience leading a small to mid-sized team. • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage). • Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and Excel/Google Sheets. • Excellent problem-solving and people management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Leadership & Team Management • Decision-Making • Accountability & Ownership • Effective Communication • Process Orientation • Data Analysis & Reporting
