Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Conduct team huddles and motivate agents to improve productivity.
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and shift adherence.
- Monitor call quality and maintain process compliance.
- Prepare daily MIS and performance reports.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams.
- Maintain low attrition and high employee engagement.
