Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should have a background as a Beautician or hold a Diploma in Cosmetology and possess strong leadership, customer service, and salon management skills.

Job Role: Salon Manager & Front Desk Executive (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations & Billing: Warmly welcome clients, manage appointments, handle the reception desk, and ensure smooth billing processes.

2. Product Knowledge & Upselling: Guide clients smoothly on premium retail and service products. Encourage clients to upgrade to high-end treatments (like Kérastase, INOA, Dermalogica, Olaplex) or book the exclusive VIP Lounge experience.

3. Salon Operations: Manage daily salon activities, oversee front desk operations, and maintain general discipline.

4. Staff Management: Monitor day-to-day coordination among hairstylists, beauticians, and housekeeping staff.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of professional salon products and retail beauty kits, and raise requirements before stock-out.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Front Desk Receptionist, or Guest Relations Executive in premium beauty salons or hospitality industries.

- Good knowledge of premium beauty, hair care, and skin care brands.

- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge for handling salon softwa re and billing.

Eligibility

• Beautician certification or Diploma in Cosmetology is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a salon or beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
