Salon Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our beauty team. The ideal candidate ensures a seamless client experience, maintains high hygiene standards, and drives salon sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day salon activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional operations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage staff schedules (hair stylists, beauticians, and front desk).
• Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and handling any concerns promptly.
• Sales & Targets: Drive sales, promote beauty products, and help meet monthly revenue and service targets.
• Inventory & Hygiene: Monitor beauty product inventory, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure top-notch cleanliness and safety standards. [1, 2]

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in salon management or a similar retail/beauty role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Should know Excel, Social media usage, Familiarity with salon software, billing, and beauty industry trends.
