Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, alert, and trustworthy Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our preschool, daycare children, staff, parents, and school premises.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control entry and exit of visitors, parents, staff, and vendors.
- Ensure the safety and security of children within the school premises.
- Verify visitor entries and maintain the visitor register.
- Open and close the school gates at designated times.
- Patrol the campus regularly and report any suspicious activity.
- Assist parents during student drop-off and pick-up hours.
- Monitor CCTV cameras (if applicable) and report incidents immediately.
- Ensure school property and equipment are secure.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and inform the school management.
- Maintain discipline and a professional, courteous attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Kannada (Hindi/English is an added advantage).
- Honest, punctual, and child-friendly.
- Police verification certificate will be preferred.
