Job Description
Conduct induction and refresher training for security personnel.
Train guards on security procedures, access control, and patrolling.
Educate staff on fire safety, emergency evacuation, and incident handling.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Conduct mock drills and practical training sessions.
Maintain training records and attendance reports.
Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement programs.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new security staff.
