Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing proforma invoices using Tally Prime and maintaining accurate financial records. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is essential, as the role involves regular communication with team members.

Responsibilities:

Prepare proforma invoices using Excel for Export Customers and Tally Prime

Generate Export Invoices and handle Export Bank Documentation (Packing List, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit, etc.).

Maintain up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage purchase and sale entries in Tally

Assist with financial reporting and analysis

Communicate effectively with team members / clients when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive (preferably in an export-related role).

Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of export invoicing, bank documents, and financial record-keeping.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
