Senior Cafe Operation

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall operations of all café outlets.

• Ensure smooth daily operations and SOP compliance.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Café Managers and outlet teams.
• Plan manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment with HR.
• Control food cost, labor cost, inventory, and wastage.
• Review outlet performance through sales and MIS reports.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and improve guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Kitchen, Finance, HR, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and corrective action reviews.
• Ensure timely training and development of café employees.
• Achieve business targets and implement continuous process improvements.

• Qualification-
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• MBA is an added advantage.

• Experience-
• 8–12 years in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing multiple outlets
