Senior Civil Engineer – Project Team Lead (Shell & Core, Finishes & Interior Works)

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Civil Engineer – Project Team Lead with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the construction industry, specializing in luxury residential homes and villa projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Shell & Core construction, structural works, finishing works, MEP coordination, and premium interior fit-outs. The role requires leading project execution from inception to handover while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShell & Core ConstructionLead and supervise all shell & core construction activities, including RCC structural works, masonry, structural coordination, and civil execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Finishing WorksManage and monitor all finishing activities, including:

• Block work
• Plastering
• Waterproofing
• Screeding
• Flooring works (Tiles, Marble, Granite, Wooden, Vinyl, SPC, Engineered Wood, etc.)
• Painting and decorative finishes
• External façade and finishing works

MEP CoordinationCoordinate and supervise all MEP services, including:

• Electrical systems
• Plumbing and sanitary works
• HVAC systems
• Fire protection and firefighting systems
• Lighting systems
• ELV, automation, and smart home systems
• Coordination between civil, interior, and MEP disciplines

Interior Fit-Out WorksLead the execution of premium interior works, including:

• On-site carpentry works
• Modular kitchens and wardrobes
• Custom-made furniture
• False ceilings (Gypsum, Metal, Wooden, Baffle, Stretch Ceiling, etc.)
• Decorative wall paneling
• Veneer, laminate, wallpaper, fabric, and stone finishes
• Premium wall and ceiling finishes
• Luxury bathroom and kitchen installations
• Project ManagementLead multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, MEP consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, progress reports, material planning, and daily/weekly site reports.
• Identify construction challenges and implement effective technical solutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, QA/QC procedures, and company standards.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with substantial exposure to luxury residential homes, villas, and premium interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• RCC and structural engineering
• Shell & Core construction
• Civil finishing works
• Luxury interior execution
• MEP coordination
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent project planning, execution, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software. Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 is preferred.

Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be a proactive leader capable of independently managing luxury residential and villa projects from foundation to final handover. They should possess excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across civil, structural, MEP, and interior disciplines while delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
