Senior Electrical Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the execution, planning, coordination, and commissioning of HT/LT electrical projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of HT & LT electrical infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning.
• Manage electrical installations including substations, transformers, RMUs, DG synchronization systems, LT panels, cabling, and power distribution networks.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, BOQs, GADs, SLDs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Plan project schedules, manpower deployment, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, billing support documents, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Coordinate with procurement and design departments for timely material approvals and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Required QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in electrical contracting or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in HT/LT systems, substations, power distribution, and MEP electrical works.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Electricity Rules, IS Standards, CEIG, BESCOM, and KPTCL procedures.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in project execution, planning, budgeting, and client coordination.
