Senior Electronics Technician (Line Lead)

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing consumer brand looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Technician to lead our appliance assembly line in KR Puram. You will be responsible for maintaining a highly systematic production floor, ensuring quality, and hitting daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Leadership: Establish and maintain a systematic production process to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
• SOP Management: Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all assembly stages and train junior operators to follow them.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports, tracking total output, QC pass/fail rates, and daily inventory usage.
• End-to-end assembly and testing of electrical consumer appliances.
• Advanced soldering, PCB inspection, and safe handling of AC-powered heating components.
• Uploading firmware and running end-of-line quality diagnostic checks.
• Troubleshooting faulty boards or assembly line issues on the spot.
• Taking full ownership of daily production targets (100+ units/day).
• Guiding and managing 1-2 junior assembly operators on the line.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5 years in electronics or home appliance manufacturing.

Education: Minimum ITI or Diploma (Electrical/Electronics) with good academic scores.

• Must have a strong understanding of systematic assembly line operations, electrical safety, and daily reporting.
